近期，上海騰(teng)拔儀器(qi)科技有限公(gong)司Universal TA研(yan)究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)助力上海(hai)海洋大(da)學(xué)冷向軍教授(shou)團隊(dui)分別在國際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)(fa)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的(de)研究論(lun)文。在這(zhe)兩篇論(lun)文中，研究人(ren)員利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀分別(bie)測定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性和內(nèi)(nei)聚性以(yi)及剪切力和草(cao)魚的硬(ying)度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚性、粘(zhan)附性和回復(fù)(fu)性。
