近期，上海(hai)騰拔(ba)儀器科技(ji)有限公司(si)Universal TA研究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀助(zhu)力上海(hai)海洋大(da)學冷向軍教授(shou)團隊(dui)分別在國際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和(he)《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題(ti)為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論(lun)文。在這兩篇(pian)論文中(zhong)，研究人員利用(yong)上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀分別(bie)測定大口黑鱸(lu)的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性(xing)和內(nèi)聚性(xing)以及剪切(qie)力和草魚的(de)硬度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘附性(xing)和回(hui)復性。
