近期，上海騰拔(ba)儀器科技有(you)限公司Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀助(zhu)力上海海洋大(da)學(xué)冷向軍(jun)教授團(tuán)(tuan)隊(duì)分別在國(guo)際水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表(biao)了題(ti)為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究(jiu)論文。在這兩(liang)篇論文(wen)中，研究人(ren)員利用上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研究型質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀分別(bie)測(cè)定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀(ju)嚼性和內(nèi)聚(ju)性以及(ji)剪切力和(he)草魚的(de)硬度、彈性、咀嚼(jue)性、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘(zhan)附性和回(hui)復(fù)性(xing)。
