近期，上(shang)海騰拔儀(yi)器科技有限(xian)公司Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀助力上海(hai)海洋(yang)大學(xué)冷向軍教(jiao)授團(tuan)隊分別在國際(ji)水產(chǎn)(chan)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和(he)《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和(he)"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論文。在這兩篇(pian)論文中，研(yan)究人員(yuan)利用上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性(xing)和內(nèi)(nei)聚性以及(ji)剪切(qie)力和草魚(yu)的硬度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性、內(nèi)聚性、粘(zhan)附性和回復(fù)(fu)性。
