近期(qi)，上海(hai)騰拔(ba)儀器科(ke)技有限(xian)公司Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)助力上海海(hai)洋大學(xué)(xue)冷向軍教授團(tuan)隊分(fen)別在(zai)國際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和(he)《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和(he)"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論(lun)文。在這兩篇論(lun)文中，研究(jiu)人員(yuan)利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口(kou)黑鱸的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼(jue)性和內(nèi)聚性(xing)以及剪切力(li)和草(cao)魚的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘附性和回(hui)復(fù)性(xing)。
