近期，上海騰拔(ba)儀器科(ke)技有限公(gong)司Universal TA研究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀(yi)助力上海海(hai)洋大學(xué)冷向(xiang)軍教授團(tuán)(tuan)隊(duì)分別在國(guo)際水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題(ti)為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論(lun)文。在這兩篇(pian)論文中，研(yan)究人員(yuan)利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口黑鱸(lu)的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性和內(nèi)(nei)聚性以及(ji)剪切力(li)和草魚的硬度(du)、彈性、咀嚼性、內(nèi)(nei)聚性、粘(zhan)附性和回復(fù)性(xing)。
