上海(hai)騰拔(ba)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀助力(li)上海海洋(yang)大學(xué)(xue)連續(xù)在國(guó)際(ji)水產(chǎn)期刊發(fā)(fa)表論文
近期,上海騰(teng)拔儀器科技(ji)有限公(gong)司Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀助力上海(hai)海洋(yang)大學(xué)(xue)冷向軍教授(shou)團(tuán)隊(duì)分(fen)別在(zai)國(guó)際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題(ti)為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和(he)"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研(yan)究論文。在這兩(liang)篇論文中,研(yan)究人員(yuan)利用上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)分別測(cè)定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性(xing)和內(nèi)聚(ju)性以及(ji)剪切力和(he)草魚的硬(ying)度、彈性、咀嚼(jue)性、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘附性和回(hui)復(fù)性。
目前,上海騰拔(ba)質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀已助力(li)用戶在國(guó)際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》、《Aquaculture?Nutrition》和《Aquaculture Reports》發(fā)表多篇研(yan)究論文(wen),上海騰拔(ba)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀在(zai)水產(chǎn)學(xué)科和水(shui)產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域(yu)獲得了(le)廣泛的認(rèn)可。
