近期，上海騰(teng)拔儀器科技有(you)限公司(si)Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀助(zhu)力上海海洋(yang)大學(xué)冷(leng)向軍教(jiao)授團(tuán)隊(duì)分(fen)別在國(guó)際(ji)水產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和(he)《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題為(wei)"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論(lun)文。在這兩篇(pian)論文中，研究(jiu)人員利(li)用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀分別測(cè)定大口(kou)黑鱸(lu)的硬度(du)、彈性、咀嚼性(xing)和內(nèi)(nei)聚性(xing)以及(ji)剪切力(li)和草(cao)魚(yú)的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼(jue)性、內(nèi)(nei)聚性、粘附(fu)性和回復(fù)性(xing)。
