近期，上海騰(teng)拔儀器(qi)科技有限公司(si)Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)助力上海海洋(yang)大學冷(leng)向軍(jun)教授(shou)團隊分別在(zai)國際水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)(fa)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的(de)研究論文(wen)。在這兩篇論文(wen)中，研究人(ren)員利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口黑(hei)鱸的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性和內(nèi)聚(ju)性以及剪切力(li)和草魚(yu)的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚性、粘附性(xing)和回(hui)復性。
