? ? ? ? ?近日,華南農(nóng)業(yè)(ye)大學(xué)海洋學(xué)院(yuan)唐匯娟副(fu)教授(shou)等在水產(chǎn)(chan)領(lǐng)域(yu)國(guó)際期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》(IF=5.135)發(fā)表了題(ti)為"Feeding effects of low-level fish meal replacement by algal meals of?Schizochytrium limacinum?and?Nannochloropsis salina?on largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides)"的研究論文。在該論文(wen)中,研究團(tuán)(tuan)隊(duì)使(shi)用上(shang)海騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀(yi)測(cè)定了大口黑(hei)鱸的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀(ju)嚼性、內(nèi)(nei)聚性、粘附(fu)性和回復(fù)性等(deng)指標(biāo)。
