Technical articles近期,上(shang)海騰拔(ba)儀器科技有(you)限公司Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀助力(li)上海(hai)海洋大學(xué)冷向(xiang)軍教授(shou)團隊(dui)分別在國際(ji)水產(chǎn)期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表(biao)了題為(wei)"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論文(wen)。在這兩篇論文(wen)中,研究人員利(li)用上(shang)海騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀(yi)分別測定大口(kou)黑鱸的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性和(he)內(nèi)聚性(xing)以及(ji)剪切(qie)力和草(cao)魚的硬度(du)、彈性、咀嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘(zhan)附性和回(hui)復(fù)性(xing)。
目前,上海騰(teng)拔質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)已助力用戶(hu)在國際水(shui)產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》、《Aquaculture?Nutrition》和《Aquaculture Reports》發(fā)表多篇(pian)研究論文,上(shang)海騰(teng)拔質(zhì)構(gòu)儀在水(shui)產(chǎn)學(xué)(xue)科和水產(chǎn)領(lǐng)(ling)域獲得了廣(guang)泛的認(rèn)可(ke)。
