近期(qi)，上海騰拔儀器(qi)科技有限公(gong)司Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀助力上(shang)海海洋大學(xué)冷(leng)向軍教授(shou)團(tuán)隊(dui)分別(bie)在國際(ji)水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)(fa)表了題為(wei)"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論文(wen)。在這兩篇(pian)論文中，研究(jiu)人員利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口黑鱸(lu)的硬度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性和內(nèi)聚(ju)性以及剪切(qie)力和(he)草魚的(de)硬度(du)、彈性、咀嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚性(xing)、粘附性和回(hui)復(fù)性(xing)。
