近期，上海騰拔(ba)儀器(qi)科技有限公(gong)司Universal TA研究型(xing)質(zhì)構儀助(zhu)力上海海洋大(da)學冷向(xiang)軍教授團隊(dui)分別(bie)在國際水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和(he)《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了(le)題為(wei)"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究(jiu)論文。在這兩篇論文(wen)中，研究人(ren)員利用上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)構儀分別測定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性和內(nèi)聚(ju)性以及(ji)剪切(qie)力和(he)草魚的硬(ying)度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚性、粘(zhan)附性和(he)回復(fu)性。
