Technical articles? ? ? ? ?近日,華(hua)南農(nóng)(nong)業(yè)大(da)學(xué)海洋(yang)學(xué)院唐匯娟副教授(shou)等在水(shui)產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域國(guo)際期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》(IF=5.135)發(fā)表了題為(wei)"Feeding effects of low-level fish meal replacement by algal meals of?Schizochytrium limacinum?and?Nannochloropsis salina?on largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides)"的研(yan)究論文。在該論文中(zhong),研究團(tuán)(tuan)隊(duì)使(shi)用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)測定了大口(kou)黑鱸的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀(ju)嚼性、內(nèi)聚性、粘(zhan)附性和回(hui)復(fù)性等指(zhi)標(biāo)。
