近期，上海騰(teng)拔儀(yi)器科技有限公(gong)司Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀助(zhu)力上海海洋(yang)大學(xué)冷向軍(jun)教授團隊分(fen)別在國際水產(chǎn)(chan)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表(biao)了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和(he)"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究(jiu)論文(wen)。在這兩篇(pian)論文中(zhong)，研究人員利用(yong)上海騰(teng)拔Universal TA研究型質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀分別測定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性和內(nèi)(nei)聚性(xing)以及剪(jian)切力和草(cao)魚的硬度、彈性(xing)、咀嚼性(xing)、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘附性(xing)和回復(fù)性(xing)。
