近期(qi)，上海(hai)騰拔儀(yi)器科技有(you)限公司Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)助力上海海(hai)洋大學(xué)冷向軍(jun)教授團(tuan)隊分別在國際(ji)水產(chǎn)期(qi)刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)(fa)表了(le)題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研(yan)究論(lun)文。在這(zhe)兩篇論文(wen)中，研究(jiu)人員利用(yong)上海騰拔Universal TA研究(jiu)型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)分別測定大口黑鱸的硬度(du)、彈性、咀嚼性和(he)內(nèi)聚性以及剪(jian)切力和(he)草魚的(de)硬度、彈性、咀嚼(jue)性、內(nèi)聚(ju)性、粘附性(xing)和回復(fù)性。
