Technical articles近期,上海(hai)騰拔儀器科(ke)技有限公司(si)Universal TA研究型質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀助力上海(hai)海洋大學(xué)(xue)冷向(xiang)軍教授(shou)團(tuán)隊(duì)分別在國(guó)(guo)際水產(chǎn)(chan)期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題(ti)為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研(yan)究論(lun)文。在這兩篇(pian)論文中,研究人(ren)員利用上海(hai)騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀分別測(cè)定(ding)大口(kou)黑鱸(lu)的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性和(he)內(nèi)聚性以及(ji)剪切力和(he)草魚(yú)的硬度(du)、彈性、咀(ju)嚼性、內(nèi)聚性(xing)、粘附性和回(hui)復(fù)性。
目前,上海騰(teng)拔質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)已助力(li)用戶(hù)在國(guó)際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊(kan)《Aquaculture》、《Aquaculture?Nutrition》和《Aquaculture Reports》發(fā)表多篇(pian)研究(jiu)論文,上海(hai)騰拔質(zhì)(zhi)構(gòu)儀在(zai)水產(chǎn)學(xué)科和(he)水產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域獲(huo)得了(le)廣泛的(de)認(rèn)可。
