近期，上(shang)海騰拔儀器科(ke)技有(you)限公司(si)Universal TA研究型質(zhì)構(gòu)(gou)儀助(zhu)力上海海洋大(da)學(xué)冷向(xiang)軍教授團(tuán)隊(dui)分別在國際水(shui)產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture?Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)(fa)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的(de)研究論文。在這(zhe)兩篇論文中，研(yan)究人員(yuan)利用(yong)上海騰拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀(yi)分別測定大口黑(hei)鱸的硬度、彈(dan)性、咀嚼性和(he)內(nèi)聚性以及剪(jian)切力(li)和草魚的硬(ying)度、彈性、咀嚼(jue)性、內(nèi)聚性(xing)、粘附性(xing)和回復(fù)性。
